Mariya is a litigation attorney with experience representing clientele in a variety of civil litigation matters. Her practice areas include general civil and business litigation, insurance litigation, intellectual property, medical malpractice, and international law. Mariya has a passion for human rights and has assisted with the implementation of United States civil litigation in relation to human rights violations occurring on foreign soil. Outside of the office, Mariya loves helping with many family businesses, coffee and her delightful pomsky puppy.
Mariya is an active member of the State Bar of California. She earned her Juris Doctor in 2024 from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and her Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations from the University of California, Davis in 2020.
