Mark is a litigation attorney with experience representing businesses, business owners, officers, directors, brokers, agents, professional clients and attorneys in a variety of civil litigation and transactional matters. His practice areas include general civil and business litigation, insurance litigation, trust litigation and professional liability with a primary focus on the defense of individuals, professionals and businesses involved in litigation. Outside of the office, Mark is a musician and he enjoys playing tennis when he can. Most people are surprised to learn that Mark is also a veteran of the Marine Corps. He is what is known as a GWOT Marine—Global War On Terrorism—having served as an infantry squad leader on multiple deployments overseas.
Mark is an active member of the State Bar of California as well as the Placer County Bar Association. Additionally he is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. He earned his Juris Doctor in 2016 from California Western School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Humboldt State University in 2013.
